If you are contacting Vuoksi as an individual, start with a short description of your situation: career direction, job search, interview preparation, presentation, or the sense that the next working-life step needs clearer shape.
If you are contacting Vuoksi for an organisation, describe what you want to support: leaders, a team, a change situation, work-community conversations or a specific workshop. You do not need a perfect brief, but the scale and timing of the situation help shape the next step.
The first contact is not about forcing a ready-made package onto the situation. It is about finding out what would be useful next and whether Vuoksi is the right partner for it.
Delivery
Most work can be delivered online. That is often the most efficient format when people are in different parts of Finland or schedules are tight. In-person work is agreed separately when it genuinely improves the process.
