About Vuoksi Coaching
Vuoksi Coaching is led by Lilla Saaristo, an educator, coach and entrepreneur with a background that spans education, guidance, leadership contexts, wellbeing and communication. The focus is simple: help people and organisations think more clearly, act more deliberately and move forward in working-life situations that matter.
Vuoksi exists for moments when working life needs proper thinking: what comes next, how to describe experience, how to lead better or how a team can move forward without everything staying at the level of general conversation.
The work is practical, but not shallow. First, we identify what is actually unresolved. Then we build a way forward that fits the person’s role, energy and real operating environment.
Vuoksi works online across Finland and, by arrangement, in person from Imatra. One Moment may support recovery and focus, but the core work is clarifying career, leadership and change situations.

Vuoksi is built around turning points in working life. The work does not promise a quick identity renovation or ready-made answers. It creates room to think, narrow the question and act with more intention.

What Vuoksi is not
Vuoksi is not therapy, a mystical life-change service or a wellness holiday. When a situation needs therapeutic support, that should be named honestly. When the question is career direction, role, leadership, work community or communication, coaching can be the right tool.
